Returns and Cancellations

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Whether an item is eligible for a voluntary return depends on the product and the conditions shown on the product page or at checkout. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have, including your right to withdraw from an online purchase where that right applies.

For voluntary returns, items should be returned in the condition in which you received them, with tags attached and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. You may try on clothing as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, or fit, and that handling has reduced its value.

To ask about a voluntary return or exchange, contact us at support@milomoreau.com.

You may request to cancel or change an order before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, you may still have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase after delivery.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

To request a voluntary return, exchange, or cancellation before dispatch, email support@milomoreau.com with your order number and the item or items concerned.

For a statutory withdrawal, you may use the contact details below or send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You do not have to use a particular form.

Unless we have agreed to pay the return costs, or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning items when you withdraw because you changed your mind. We will tell you about any return costs before you place your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming are not affected by this policy.

Items That May Be Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of goods in specific circumstances—for example, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Any exception will apply only where permitted by law and will be identified before purchase where required.

If you have a question about a particular item, contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

Contact us at support@milomoreau.com to ask whether an exchange is available. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You may also return an item using the applicable return process and place a new order.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and buy goods from us online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason. Certain legal exceptions apply.

To meet the deadline, send us your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. You must then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

We will refund the price of the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, if you paid for delivery. We do not have to refund extra delivery costs for express or premium delivery. We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you are withdrawing. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

You may handle the goods as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and fit. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

These withdrawal rights are separate from your rights if goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract. EU consumer protections may apply to a non-EU seller that directs its business to consumers in the EU. Your Europe

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected a voluntary return and tell you whether a refund is due under the applicable return conditions. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

For statutory withdrawals, the timing and amount of the refund are set out in the EU Right of Withdrawal section above.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including rights and remedies that apply if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not delivered as required by law. Your Europe
